The sound barrier between the adjoining unit is almost nonexistent, making neigboring conversations sound as if they werre in the same room. Never a problem as my neighbors went to bed early. “Best and cleanest home we have stayed in and that’s saying a lot… Love the property and the location… host is very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses… A tree fell during a storm and knocked the power out, power company had it restored in less than 2hrs and the host even reached out to make sure everything was restored and we didn’t need anything… Can’t say enough good things about our experience… 10 out of 10…”

“My husband and i really enjoyed our getaway to this property. It was quite windy when we stayed so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio like we hoped. It was nice being right off the road for easy access to the highway. It's perfectly located between eureka and berryville and about 2mi from river access to the kings river. The host was great about answering our questions and was very accommodating!”
