WHAT WAS NOT LIKED ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Unhealthy conditions unatonable comfort.
1. Facility needs overall renovations.
2. Toilet flushometer continually flushing(i.e. every 5 to 10
minutes.)
3. Mold and mildew in both assigned bathrooms(i.e. 104
and 101)
4. Bulbs missing from desk lamps.
5. Water from the room directly above leaking into
bathroom whenever a shower was taken.
6. Torn bed sheet(at the foot of bed in room 104).
7. Missing iron/board in room 101.
8. Lack of sufficiently appointed towels.
9. Room window poorly installed. Sealant from the
original window still visible. Hence, worm crawling on
the wall prior to new room assignment.
10. Need for proper signage. During breakfast, I received
a phone call. I stepped outside for privacy while
speak about business. There was no sign that the
door, in the dining area, was not functioning properly
and should not have been opened.
11. T.V. in both rooms were not easily connected.
12. The 'TELL TALE OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION':
In the corridor, nearest 104, the drop ceiling tiles had been removed. A bucket was catching water............... Can you imagine.
Personnel were overly professional and courteous! We were not belligerent. On balance, the personnel were exceptionally responsive to our concerns.
Going forward, I would not in good conscious recommend your hotel to anyone, even an enemy.
