I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water.

Unterkunft im sicheren und gepflegten Areal der Marina. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Bereich außerhalb der Marina ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war klein, hatte aber bis auf einen Fön alles notwendige. Dennoch war es ziemlich hellhörig. Man hört die Geräusche der Straße, aus anderen Zimmern und die Moschee. Der Service war mittelmäßig. Einige Mitarbeiter waren nett, andere haben uns komplett ignoriert und nicht mal zurück gegrüßt (wir sind 2 Frauen). Den Strand vom Hotel fanden wir nicht schön, Dauerbeschallung, Müll am Strand und im Meer, vermutlich auch nicht so toll zum Schnorcheln. Dauernd wird man gefragt, ob man was essen oder trinken will. Fazit: Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge super. Wer allerdings nach Ägypten kommt, um viel Zeit im Hotel, am Strand und beim Schnorcheln zu verbringen, dem rate ich, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

The property itself is in a nice and convenient place. The down side is the decor which needs a good touch up. The fittings in the bathroom, are falling apart the floors tiles to very outdated. The furnishings are very nice and contemporary. With a little touch up and general maintenance, i would give 10/10

We only stayed one night, which we were glad. We booked the Economy Room, in which 2 from 3 power outlets didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the bedding was kinda weird and worn out, and the wifi didn’t really work that well. For the money we paid it was OK, and I dont think there is anything better in the Marina Area. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, so I can recommend it for a shorter stay or maybe a better room than we had.

Better experience than the first visit. Staff more helpful and provided better service. Overall, good place to stay if visiting Hurghada for short stay. Great to have access to a Beach Club opposite with safe, secure beach and pool. If you request a shuttle from the airport, make sure you get confirmation as that was my main issue with the first visit! Otherwise getting from the airport a hassle! Rooms could use a bit of an update but clean and comfortable.

Was offered airport shuttle which I requested, but no sign of them at airport arrival so forced to take way more expensive cab. Not particularly helpful either with trying to get to El Gouna. Room safe instructions didn’t match the actual safe so unable to use. Very busy area so noisy until late.

Fabulous location with lovely view over the Marina and beyond to the Red Sea. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Best of all, the restaurant on the roof of the Boutique Hotel. The menu offers an extensive choice & the food is delicious. Special mention must go to the cocktails. I cant think of a better way to unwind at the end of the day than sipping a cocktaiil overlooking the marina !

Hôtel situé en plein Marina, zone accessible uniquement par les touristes et les employés des différents Hôtels/restaurants. Toutes les activités sont a proximités et l'hôtel propose lui même les activités en plus d'avoir piscine et jaccuzzi. Je recommande.

The hotel is ok, the area is nice, but quite noisy, hard to sleep well at night. The manager of the hotel tried very hard to sell us extra things, tours, etc. The restaurant of the hotel is awful. Need to clean the place better. Staff is friendly but idle.

I left the room when cleaners came to my room. Then I came back 30 minutes later. My money bag was in the middle of the luggage and it was open. They only took $50 but experience was very annoying. Hotel management refused to do anything about it.
