“I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. ”

“Second time staying here - exactly the same layout but different floor. Clean, functional, convenient. Security staff at the building are very friendly. Staff for the accommodation are mostly responsive. Good water pressure in the shower. Shower door gets stuck closed. Bed is comfy. Somewhat airless but a fan is provided and door to balcony helps. Couch probably needs attending to. Totally handy to Rosebank and very secure area.would recommend and would stay again ”

“The apartment is very clean and in a safe and convenient area of Rosebank. The secure parking, although tight, is safe and secure. Communication with staff, however, has been abysmal. We had internet connectivity problems but nobody answered either of the two phone numbers listed to call. As well, I was told I would receive a text with the lock box code to leave my keys in when I check out, but no text has come and I've no idea where they want the keys left. Finally, the bed is quite hard……

“The premises is clean and tidy, the apartment was large with massive beautiful beds. it was very comfortable.”

“The staff were amazing. Nice and accommodating. There were issues with water pressure and hot water. Pool was clean but cold. Loved the property dog.”

“馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。”

“It was nice to have the space at Villa Moyal, but with everything around you surrounded by high fences, razor & electric wire, I was not excited to walk at night. I would have rather stayed a few blocks away, closer to the restaurants and shops of Melrose Arch. ”
