“The steps leading up to the apartment are a little steep but that could be just me. The only 2 complaints I had were it was only 58°F. in the house when we got there and it took over an hour to start warming up once it started it went quickly,which would have been fine except i have a 5 month old baby . I called Mimi 20 minutes in she did call her maintenance guy but it had started to warm up before he got there. My other complaint was there was no cookie sheet,maybe someone someone stole it……

I also really appreciated the upstairs balcony because it rained a few days and I was still able to sit up there and enjoy the water. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and walkable.
