“Myself and a group of friends stayed at Chase's home in August and we had such a great time. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be together. The weather was fantastic so we got to use the different outdoor toys and hangout in the water a lot too. Nice and private area where we felt comfortable to do as we pleased. We would definitely come back again!”

“We had multiple generations coming from many locations to celebrate mom’s 80 birthday. This home was large enough to accommodate all 13 for meals and gatherings very comfortably. There were spaces people could chat privately and a great room for everyone! Eleven of us slept there. We would definitely come again. ”

“The good: Outside: the dock, swim pad, accessories, deck, outdoor furniture, neighborhood, location. Inside: everything worked, A/C was mostly sufficient with fan blowing into bedroom. The not so good: there is clearly a known ant problem on the center peninsula of the kitchen, saw spray in the utility room. Could use a thorough going-through for bugs, cobwebs, pet hair e Overall: for the location and price, this is a decent value if you're spending most of your time outside. Bring your own……

“Loved our visit to this home on Beaver Dam Lake. Lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the grill, the fire pit, some fishing, and the large tv in the family room. ”

“From start to finish, this is a great property. There were 6 of us during this stay and we all enjoyed our stay. So much room to spread out and enjoy the spaces. We had perfect weather so a lot of it tine was spent on the beautiful front porch. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect for walking down to the lake or the downtown areas. Definitely recommend!!”
