“First, let me say that the views were awesome. The house had plenty of room for my family that was coming from out of town to our son's wedding. The beds were comfortable and everything thing was clean on the inside. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers, so if you stay the whole week you can wash what you need to. The house appears to be going through some updates, due to wear and tear, but it will be awesome when completed. The game room was nice and had a bathroom……

“We stayed for “Osprey Fest” this year. What a great house. Clean, lots of room, and a great place to stay. Our 16 month old loved running up and down the hallway.Good location in the town too, we were able to walk to the main town center and enjoyed not worrying about searching for a parking space.”

“Stay was Picture Perfect! Three working moms took a break to spend time together and this home was exactly right. We spent hours on the deck looking not just at the water but multiple visits from swans, blue herons and osprey! Host provided great information on places to go out, an the town itself is overrun by golf carts, NOT tourist traps. Would definitely consider staying there again!”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……
