“Went kayaking , hiking at north Toledo state park and fish at the dock. The dock, man cave and fence for the dogs were the selling point. The owners were very responsive and place is clean. The only thing I can think of is bringing a shower floor mat for the guest bathroom since it’s a tad slippery for clumsy me. Other than that it was exactly like I pictured it. ”

“Great location. Holly Park Marina is just down the road. Six mile boat ramp and Fin and Feathers boat ramp are only 25-30 minute drive. Sam Rayburn less than an hour if fish are not cooperating on Toledo Bend. ”

“The home reminded me of house sitting for a friend and being told you can have free rein while you’re there. The house was cozy and filled with beautiful antique pieces. I have stayed in multiple rental homes, and this one doesn’t give the feeling of a rental- it’s more of a family home. The AC was preset and stayed at a comfortable temperature the entire trip.KITCHEN:Kitchen was clean and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need.
