The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again.

The whole place is dated, but it served its purpose. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower is probably the best I’ve ever used in my life (probably because its output is 100 gallons per minute!). We did notice, like some other guests, a few ants. Only suggestion would be to have a few more electric outlets.

The location was great for what we wanted to do but the motel is more suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay. We booked 4 nights and would have been better off in an airbnb. The room was clean, the carpets need some help and some minor repairs and painting would have made the room nicer. The room was dark during the day due to us not opening the curtains because in front there was a staircase. In the rear there was half broken down fencing, trash and a view of a parking lot. Granted, nothing can be done about the location but the area behind the room could be spruced up. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and Hyannis Harbor
