“Amazing villa! Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. “Start and finish with the location - quite superb. Tranquil, a view over the sea and the Pelopennese that starts in the morning with a golden glow and finishes in the evening with the most astonishing sunsets. A well equipped, comfortable home, always a shady spot in baking July. A few minutes walk down to "our" beach with gorgeous swimming - and basically nobody else there. Stroll along to the Ammos beach bar for a quencher and basic - but good - food.Galatas, about 15 minutes drive - the most……

“Fantastic Villa in the beautiful island of Spetses for a large group !”

“Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available……

“Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. But you get used to the barking. A lovely place which we enjoyed immensely.”
