Had a great time trying to spot birds in the trees with kindly provided binoculars—which was just the kind of low-key activity we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. ”

“The cabin was cute and rustic with most basic comforts. I was taken aback with the semi-sheer curtain in the bathroom when every other window has a heavy curtain or blinds. The riverside property was very nice, although the traffic was noisy, even at night. Just know Jeff is rigid with c/i and c/o times, even if no one is staying before or after. In fact, the housekeeper knocked on the door (and opened it without waiting for an answer) because there was no car in front of the cabin at……

Immaculate & incredibly built and just and a wonderful place to stay to relax and enjoy the beautiful home and scenery pavilion around it! Rose was extremely accommodating whenever I reached out to her. It was the perfect stay for the night of us!!”

“Had a wonderful reunion with my college friends in this home - it was the perfect place for our gathering. Some notable day trips include Washington DC and the Green Bank Radio Telescope Observatory, plus lots of hiking and river activities all around! A quick glance at the welcome book and it looks like a number of people complained about the bugs - what were they doing in a cabin in the woods if they didn't want to see some harmless bugs? Had a lovely time, bugs, friendship, and all :)”

“Great location for our purposes. Convenient walk to the dumpster. The puppy was on to the mouse in the kitchen area. Upon arrival , everything was very clean and orderly. Entry instructions were excellent.”

“Our family enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving break. We shared the cabin with our extended family: 4 adults, 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we are very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which was much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. The view was beautiful, and we loved the large windows overlooking the mountains and the woods. I would love to return.”
