“I had one night stay with my mommy. The room was spacious, services offered by the breakfast buffet place was wonderful, food was perfect with plenty of choices - the food quality was top notch and was even better than some of the 5 starred hotel in Tokyo I had before. Front desk staff were helpful but some of them got poor English and couldn’t understand what I asked for. Anyway, still recommending this place to anyone staying in Kobe!”
