“The location of the house is excellent as you can easily do day trips to the north and south of the Island and to Adventure Bay. It is a few minutes walk to Hotel Bruny which has fantastic meals. The house has a wonderful view looking back to the mainland and of Satellite Island with a deck at the front and back of the house which is perfect to avoid the wind depending on the direction. Both decks have outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable.……

“The house is perfect for couples or large groups, with a well stocked kitchen, heaps of toiletries, comfy lounge chairs and a huge dining table. The two patios offer relaxed dining or sipping wine, both with views. This is the first time we have taken our deaf cattle dog on holidays, and it was perfect for him (as advertised). The back yard was securely fenced, and we could run him up and down the beach and indulge his passion for swimming. At night the only noise was the waves... sublime. The……

“The accommodation at Shack on Francis is delightful. Warm and cosy with everything you need. Accommodation was very clean and owner has tastefully furnished this property. Ideally located in Adventure Bay. We even had a visit from the white wallaby. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

The only improvement was the description in relation the 4th bedroom in what was advertised as the library. We did not realise it was not in its own room, but part of the lounge upstairs. ”
