“My boyfriend and I like to get away together at least 2 times a year! He thought that checking out Laughlin would be fun. We went to lake Mead, gambled a little and had a blast. This place was perfect because when we were done exploring it was nice to go back to somewhere that was relaxing. Hot tub was amazing. Showers have great pressure and there is an amazing dock for your boats or jet skis. Waking up and looking at kayakers going by was pretty amazing. Cute condo. ”

“We love the Laughlin and bullhead area and we have rented a house before so the condo was a nice change it was clean and nice and the amenities were very nice! The pool was fun and our daughter loved the extra comfy furniture”

“Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.”

“This property has so much to offer! The photos are only a glimpse into the beautiful terraced river front with so many patios and balconies, each decked out with seating and beautiful views. We even had some unexpected surprises like arcade games, pool table and more in the garage game room off the swimming pool area. Some reviews mentioned limited parking, but that is not the case. Plenty of parking onsite and beyond. And don’t forget the private boat launch for this exclude neighborhood. More……

“We were limited to a short stay with much activity away from the property; therefore unable to enjoy all the amenities. The property was very clean, well organized and adorably decorated and enhanced with a very Tiki tropical vibe. We were a little disappointed with the neighborhood but once inside we were very pleased with the property. The best thing about this place was the host. She was very attentive and communicative and addressed questions and concerns immediately. She is a Five Star……
