Large town house sleeps 6/7 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. All with the convenience and comfort of being in the centre: unique shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, entertainment área, nightlife… and the top marinas and yacht clubs in Ibiza: Sovren Ibiza, Marina Ibiza, Ibiza Magna and Marina Botafoc...

Windows open to the sea along the south wall of the 50m2 main living/dining room with fireplace. 3 double ensuite bedrooms. Fully-equipped kitchen adjoining a second dining room with huge balcony. The kitchen has all its appliances for your conveniences. Roof terrace has two levels connected with an open staircase, both with dining area.

The house is just the place for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, serenity and charm.

Nestled on a cliff over the sea, the house offers privacy and quiet surroundings. Leave the crowds, traffic and noise behind. This house is fabulous and could easily be your ideal vacation home with all the amenities.

Renovated and refurbished house. Interior design with modern minimalist flair. The design, its whiteness, simplicity, the functionality of each element has been carefully considered and displays modern style mix with traditional Ibizan architecture elements.

The access to the house is by a cobbled way (about 30 meters) by the cliff where the house is located.

Weekend in Ibiza
A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!

This is a beautiful place !

The most AMAZING apartment!
I cannot describe the beauty of this apartment, you really have to see it to believe the views. It really does have that WOW factor! Bedrooms are good sizes, 2x en-suite bathrooms and 1x separate bathroom which worked perfectly for us. Right at the end of the old town strip, within a 1 minute walk to bars/restaurants but very quiet at the same time. Nana & Jo were very quick to respond and were really kind and helpful! When we come back to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you :)

Stunning views and amazing location
We booked this villa for a family birthday celebration. It was perfect for access to the many bars and restaurants in old Ibiza town and the harbour and close enough to be able to get a taxi to the clubs. However stepping off the old cobbled streets into the house was like walking into a calm cool oasis The roof top terrace was great to chill and watch the boats go by while reclining on a comfy lounger. The house is very well appointed with air conditioning in all the rooms. The views from the lounge through the 6 arch windows were stunning. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic House at the end of Ibiza Old Town Pier
We absolutely loved our stay here - firstly it was exactly as expected from the pictures and description, spacious and comfy with plenty of facilities. Perfect location too, right at the end of the pier as it gets quieter away from the bars and restaurants. Host was easily contactable on VRBO app / whatsapp. Would definitely come back when visiting the island again. Thanks so much!

Fantastic flat in Ibiza old town
Great apartment with 3 sleeping rooms, no problem for 3 couples. Amazing view from the living room and the stunning roof top terrace over the ocean, harbour and the castle. Spacious kitchen, very good equipped. Just note that there quite some stairs in this old building. Upfront communication with the owners was friendly and smooth, the check-in process easy. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful, the view is incredible and the location is perfect as well. The walk up is difficult as per other reviews but we knew that going into it and it didn't effect our stay at all. The hosts were very easy to communicate with too. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic house in Old Town Ibiza
We absolutely loved our brief stay - perfect location near the end of the port, quiet and peaceful with fantastic views, but walkable to everything in old town. House is beautifully renovated and maintained, with all the necessary conveniences, including great kitchen appliances, and wonderful outdoor lounging spaces. Lots of stairs, as others have noted, but for us that only added to the charm. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We fell madly in love with this place and hope to go back again when we can stay for longer! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous home
The pictures really don’t do the house justice especially the views from the living room over the sea which are breathtaking. A great vantage point to take in the old town but also really easy to navigate around Ibiza Town on foot. The three bedrooms are comfortable and on separate floors so our party were all well catered for with plenty of space and bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs to navigate up to the property and once inside but don’t let that put you off staying in this stunning home.

Wow! What a place. Everything about the property was perfect. You won't be disappointed if you book this place for your vacation. The only negative is getting your luggage to the property could be a challenge, if you have heavy bags be ready to climb a few stairs. Old Town Apartment with Stunning Rooftop Terrace
This is a very well appointed and spacious apartment in the Old Town - with great amenities/well equipped. It has a stunning roof top terrace with views over the water. The location is right in the port, so everything in the Old Town is on your doorstep. It is also an easy walk (35/40 mins) over to Talamanca Bay and the beach, where there are lots of nice bars and restaurants. You can catch a taxi from the two taxi ranks located nearby (5 min walk) and the ferry service to the other islands leaves from a terminal just a few minutes away. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay. Thanks Nana and Jo 😊
