“House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. I also had to chase to get the amount……

“The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. “Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning ”
