“The room was styled and furnished beautifully, Gary & Peter have put a lot of thought into the inclusions. Tea and coffee facilities available along with oranges to make freshly squeezed juice. We booked the studio room, for the price I’d expect complimentary continental breakfast. Gary explained the landscaping is a work in progress, this should be reflected in the pricing. ”

“The house is perfect for couples or large groups, with a well stocked kitchen, heaps of toiletries, comfy lounge chairs and a huge dining table. The two patios offer relaxed dining or sipping wine, both with views. This is the first time we have taken our deaf cattle dog on holidays, and it was perfect for him (as advertised). The back yard was securely fenced, and we could run him up and down the beach and indulge his passion for swimming. At night the only noise was the waves... sublime. The……

“This is the second stay our team has had at the Lune Mill River House in a stunning location. Our comments from the previous review still applies, but in short - prepare for an old draughty house on the river side. Bring sleeping bags if you are sensitive to the cold. We set our expectations accordingly, and had a wonderful stay. All team members were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book again. Note: any location this remote is subject to power outages. We have not encountered……

“The location of the house is excellent as you can easily do day trips to the north and south of the Island and to Adventure Bay. It is a few minutes walk to Hotel Bruny which has fantastic meals. The house has a wonderful view looking back to the mainland and of Satellite Island with a deck at the front and back of the house which is perfect to avoid the wind depending on the direction. Both decks have outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable.……
