“The cabin was perfect for my friends and I. Management stayed in touch throughout the whole visit. The cabin was clean, up to date, and with all the amenities we needed including extra blankets and pillows for hanging out on the couch. The property kayaks were so easy to walk over to and get into the water and enough kayaks for our entire group. Will absolutely rent from this company again. “My brother and I came to fish and spread my late father’s ashes in Caddo lake per his wishes.The good: Property was very clean and tidy. Plenty of dishes and items for our family of 7. You’re on waterfront with a small floating dock for fishing. We caught Sand bass, large mouth, and catfish from the dock, even saw an alligator across the river. Bait shop about 5 min away. Walking distance to a restaurant that’s open Fri-Sun. Property manager responds immediately to texts if you have any……

“It is a good location by the lake, you have many boats available to use. Beautiful room and deck in the yard. Just found some ladybugs by the window. shower is a little small. Others are good. ”

“We are in Shreveport because my husband and a really bad ATV accident and is in LSU hospital. We have stayed at a few different houses, this place tops any house we have stayed at. Dwayne has be amazing to work with. This house is out in the country, which was a plus because that’s were we live in Michigan. The beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. If you’re in the area and are looking for a place I 10/10 recommend staying here.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at this charming lake house! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The view of Lake Caddo is absolutely breathtaking—there’s nothing like waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the lovely screened-in porch.
