“Though the setting of this condo was nice, it was nowhere close to Horseshoe Bend. We were looking forward to being in Horseshoe Bend along the Payette River. This place was a top a ski lift at Bogus Basin, nowhere near a river, grocery store or restaurants. We feel like we were mislead by the ad saying it was in Horseshoe Bend which was about two hours away by steep winding roads. We only stayed three of our purchased five nights. “Fabulous condo with a funky vibe. The unit is just as described and will not disappoint. It was immaculate and well appointed. We appreciated all of the design elements. Great location with a co-op just across the street and a 10 minute walk to eateries. We were in Boise for a concert and to take in all the outdoor activities (hiking, biking, paddleboarding), and this condo was perfect for our needs. We would definitely return!”

“The pros: Nice modern and mostly clean Interior. It was quiet and although a shared wall with the unit Nextdoor, we never heard any neighbors. The neighborhood was perfect. The beds were comfortable if you prefer a soft pillow top or memory foam style. The Cons: a variety of things needed “attention” but I let them know and I thrust the items will all be addressed. It felt a bit like a new listing that all the kinks weren’t quite worked out on.”

“The cottage itself was not to bad but is obviously older and on arriving there was a strong musty odor. After opening the widows it somewhat subsided but was always present. The cottage has no air conditioning save a portable unit that did not work. Idaho summers can get quite hot even though it does cool in the evenings. However with no way to move the air, not even a fan it took some time to cool down. The internet was not working when we arrived and we were told it was out all over town.……
