This place is worse than you can possibly imagine. There’s nobody on staff. You talk to someone from India on a zoom screen. We got our room and then the key didn’t work. We had to go back to the zoom screen and they said the key would work, it still didn’t work. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Plus, it is filthy

Clean, close to food establishments, modern design of room. Would have put a 5 star if there was a microwave oven. Also, I don’t remember the name of the lady who answered the phone in the evening prior to booking but she was sounded like she did not have the patience to answer queries.

Stayed while visiting family. Room was clean, though it had a smoke residue smell that they tried to hide with deodorizer. We left the window open and bathroom exhaust on while we were away to help. Hallways stunk of cigarettes and had two baseball size fuzzballs that drifted around the entire time we were there. We returned late from visiting and there were no parking spots left. Had to go down the hill. Not enough parking for number of rooms. . Will choose differently next time.
