“The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. ”

“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.”

“Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that……

“The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel……

“Très belle chambre et 2 espaces de couchages bien distincts dans la salle principale (immense !). Literie très confortable y compris dans les canapés lits. Cuisine toute équipée. Parking couvert à proximité immédiate pour abandonner la voiture et circuler à métro où nous.”

“Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. ”

“The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. We enjoyed our stay and thank you!”

“Fun quirky apartment, but with some weird issues. First, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a mirror, so I shaved in the living room. The coffee machine just got slower and slower, it needed a deep cleaning. It’s up two flights of stairs and the last few steps are very uneven. Also our lockbox code didn’t work. We got through it, we were able to get the help we needed.On the plus side, this apartment is beyond quaint and has a dinning room and a living room. The location is superb, walking……
