“We booked a 5 night stay at The Milk House, as it was an ideal location to meet up with our grown up children living in Bristol and Tidworth. The location was easy to find, and in such a lovely, peaceful village - we relaxed immediately. We had a small problem on arrival (not the hosts' fault) but Becca went above and beyond to fix the issue and it did not impact our stay at all. “There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine……
