“Poolområdet var inte skött bra. Ingen mysfaktor alls. Grinden dit var låst. Fick be anställd att öppna. Kallt i vattnet. Mycket trevligt bemötande av en manlig receptionist vid incheckningen. Ej samma bemötande av den ointresserade kvinnan som checkade ut oss. Drog tyvärr ner upplevelsen. Bra restaurang (trevlig personal) och fina allmänna utrymmen att vistas i.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! Our room felt brand new—modern, updated, and beautifully designed. The blackout shades made it perfect for sleeping, and being on the top (5th) floor was a bonus. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Alcazaba, with a small store nearby for essentials. The front desk person, Sandra, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
