This log-built villa (2009) features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a heat-storing fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation. There is a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The washroom includes a shower and a sauna with an electric sauna stove.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The upstairs bedroom features two single beds, and an additional single bed is located on the upper floor's hall.
In summer, guests can enjoy the furnished terrace, which includes a gas grill, high-quality garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a trampoline.
The owner rents a sup-board for 60 e/week.
Please note: pets are not allowed, but the owner’s cat has occasionally stayed at the villa. The spacious plot receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and hair dryer.
