“秋の紅葉シーズンに利用しました。 リビングルームには薪ストーブ、床暖が完備され、各部屋も床暖があったので暖かく過ごせました。キッチンも広く、作りながら、食べながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ただ一点。 森の中なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、カメムシ大量発生で、ブーンと天井を飛び回り下に落ちてきて虫嫌いな方にはオススメできません。こんなにも虫がいるなら事前に教えていただけたら…とも思いました。 ただ総合的にみても、カメムシがいてワイワイ出来たので楽しかったです。 素敵なステイでした。ありがとうございます！”

“We stayed at the Apartments Hakuba last minute when our original hotel proved to be extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The owners were quick to respond which made our last minute booking easy! Only thing I would change is making the beds more comfortable and providing some coffee or at least a standard coffee pot, only option was a little Nescafe machine where you needed specific pods, so we had to leave to grab coffee each day since we didnt have a car. “Great and clean at a very good location. Super prompt and helpful management team which is fantastic. We had a great time here. The only thing I would suggest is to consider is adding a humidifier in the winter as it could get very dry at night with the heaters on.”
