“We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. All the staff were so helpful and polite and didn’t hesitate to help when we had a small problem. The apartment itself was very clean, luxurious and mostly very spacious, particularly lots of bedroom storage. The only small criticism was that the shower room was tiny but this didn’t really impact us that much as everything else was so wonderful! Also, it was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro……

“We enjoy the apartment a lot. Nice and clean. Well maintained. It was located in a quiet part of town but close enough to the city center. You could walk to take a tram at the corner of the unit. Small grocery store nearby. Only negative is the the lack of communication with manager. When email 3 times left a text message and never got a reply. Other than that we will stay again. ”

“Nice, modern apartment.
Just what we needed for our short stay.
The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside!
There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room.
The location is very quiet and residential. We chose it because it was walking distance to Sziget festival. You could be in the centre within……

“We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain……

“We had a wonderful but short stay in Budapest. The location is perfect right downtown and next to a park. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. “The location was great and very easy to get to with public transportation. However, for checking in, I was told I was going to get information on how to get into the apartment between 12:00-14:00 on the day of and didn’t hear anything from the host until 16:00. We ended up sitting outside the apartment because we couldn’t do anything with all of our stuff. Also there were no checkout instructions communicated.”
