There were some communication issues the day we went to check-in and we waited for two hours due to the host needing to be there to get us in because of the high security. “Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. “The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. “Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos.”
