“The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.”

“This was the perfect home for my son and his groomsmen for the wedding weekend! The hosts provide fantastic communication and is leaves great ‘welcome treats’. The home is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Close to downtown. Highly recommend!”

“Great property in a rural location. For those wanting to decompress it’s perfect. The goats and sheep behind the house were fun to watch. Cute winery just down the road. Game room made for a fun evening activity. Had some trouble getting the back electronic keypad to let us into the house (likely operator error!). Local host was available and assisted quickly. House was comfortable and amenities were good!Would stay again if in the area. ”

“Wonderful huge Hillside lot. Everything was brand new and well designed in this 1 Br 1 bath house with a huge kitchen . Perfect for my son and I to attend a Georgia game. He Loved the Murphy bed and I enjoyed the King BR. A deer greeted us after dinner Friday night at the door . Loved it and will stay again ”

“The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice……
