“Bien pour une étape. L'appartement n'était pas très propre (canapé, couverts etc..) La piscine était trop chaude ”

“Globalement, tout s’est très bien passé. Mon seul commentaire concerne une caution de 100€ que j’ai dû payer à l’arrivée. Cela n’a pas été prevu dans les conditions et personne ne nous a prévenu qu’il fallait payer une caution. La réception m’a dit qu’elle avait beaucoup de réservations et sue c’était impossible de prévenir les clients. C’est le minimum.😌”

“Ideale Lage. Modernes Hotel. In meinem Zimmer kam es zu Beginn der Nacht zu einem Wasserrohrbruch im WC. Ich musste umziehen, zum Glück war noch ein anderes Zimmer frei. Sonntag Abend war niemand greifbar um das Wasser zumindest abzustellen. Ich hätte es gekonnt, war nur ein geplatzter Flansch im WC Wasserbehälter - aber ohne Werkzeug ging das nicht, und die Dame von der Rezeption war technisch überfordert. Kann aber alles mal passieren und hat daher keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung. ”
