The house is a small one storey house from the beginning of the last century which still retains many of its original features. It has capacity to accommodate 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms.

-2 Complete bathrooms with shower trays, where you'll find shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and fresh towels.
-Small sunny terrace at the front of the house.
- Small patio at the back of the house, with everything you need for laundry, where you can wash (and store) your surf equipment. This space has a small table where you can enjoy a meal outside or if you have children, it can be a place where they can play quietly.
-Wireless internet throughout the house, including outside.
-Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hoover, cleaning products, 2 adult bikes, parasol and windbreaker.
All enclosures have light and natural ventilation.
The house is located in the middle of Costa Nova, known for its famous striped haystacks, and also very sought after by its beautiful beaches rich in iodine.
Outside the period of July and August the zone is quite quiet. In July and August is the time of the year more lively, but it is always easy to find space to spread the towel.
The nearest beach (with blue flag) is only 150 meters away (2 minutes walk), and the best beaches only 250 meters (3 minutes walk).
The children's playground, mini golf, tennis and football are also just 150 meters away.
The center of Costa Nova is about 500 meters away, where you will find several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, ATM's, etc. But there is also a good restaurant right next to the house, and the best beach terrace to eat is 250 meters away (on the best beaches).
The Costa Nova has excellent conditions for practicing most water sports, such as surfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, jet ski, etc. If it is not possible at sea, in the lagoon will certainly be. The Costa Nova Marina and sailing club is 400 m away.
The Costa Nova also has excellent conditions, and infrastructures for walking, cycling, skating, skateboarding, etc. There is also a cycle path connecting Costa Nova to Barra Beach (2 km) and Vagueira Beach (6 km).
Costa Nova is one of the main points of interest of the city of Aveiro, which is only 10 km (10 minutes by car) making it a great alternative for those who visit and seek to stay in Aveiro. It is possible to travel between the two by motorway (free), and there are also regular bus connections, which stop just 150 meters from the house.
The location of Costa Nova is also a good option for those visiting Portugal. Coimbra is only 76 km away, Porto 84 km and Lisbon 265 km. Vigo is just 232 km away and Salamanca is 288 km away.
The house doesn't have parking, however, it's possible to park for free on the street in front of the house.
