“My friends & I were unable to stay at this property despite paying the full balance. Just a few days after payment (and 2 weeks before we were due to travel) I received contact from the host to say that we were no longer able to stay (this property has a history of this, based on previous comments). We had to desperately search around for another property, now paying much higher last minute costs. After very little communication from the host, and after escalating to Vrbo, I eventually received……

“The apartment was just as described and was very clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot weather, and the outside space was good, with shady & sunny areas. The huge swimming pool was superb and never busy, a real bonus. The complex itself was well maintained though we found it a good 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Communication with Andy, the owner and Karina the local representative was easy & they were both very helpful and friendly.”

“Es ist kein Penthouse, sondern eine Wohnung im OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses! Der Zustand der Wohnung und der Einrichtung ist einfach nur erbärmlich! Kaputte Fenster, vermüllter Pool, vermüllte Terrasse, kaum Geschirr, nur eine Klimaanlage funktionierte, Schimmel unter der Matrazze usw. usw. Keine Empfehlung! Wir sind sofort in ein Hotel gezogen!! Kontakt erst nach 1 Stunde! Einchecken über videocall. So geht das nicht!!!”

“This place was incredible. Top floor with a great balcony. Location was perfect - right in the middle of plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Taxi stand just down the street if you are trying to get to the other side of the island. Apartment was modern with a large living room to host. Alex was very easy to get ahold of and was hospitable above the norm. I highly recommend this location. Will stay here again next trip!”

“Appartement op zich ok, maar heel summiere service, geen bedden-of handdoekenwissel, dus vier dagen met 2 handdoeken. Achteraf kregen we bericht dat we de sleutel in de deur hadden laten zitten en daardoor de deur vanaf de gang door een sleutelmaker opengemaakt moest worden, waarvan de kosten op ons verhaald werden. Heel raar, deur kon gewoon worden opengemaakt van buiten. Zeker geen aanrader deze verhuurder!”
