“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Struttura bellissima, camera spaziosa e comoda. All’accoglienza abbiamo trovato una signora gentilissima che ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per raggiungere l’Arena, distante 10 minuti a piedi. Esperienza da ripetere e soprattutto molto consigliata. ”

“This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. Location is excellent: short walk to the coliseum, historic centre, Juliet's house etc. Restaurants are a short walk away, as is shopping. We had a car and were given free parking on the property. Apartment also had a washing machine, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend……
