This hotel has many issues, and while I am patient, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff, particularly one lady who showed no warmth, assigned us downgraded rooms—below what we paid for—simply because our original rooms were not ready, even though we were willing to wait. As a result, we received three lower-category rooms with no compensation.
The hotel and rooms feel outdated, the internet was practically unusable, and the water pressure was extremely low. Towels were placed on the bed instead of in the bathroom, so we had to search for them. The air conditioning is an external unit, and no one explained that it needed to be manually turned on—otherwise, the room becomes unbearably stuffy. Overall, a disappointing stay.
