“Super hotel and rooms -- ideal for a family of four. It's so rare to be able to get four beds and so we were delighted. Fantastic service from the staff (friendly, helpful, professional). Very clean. The only slight downside is that it can be little noisy from the road below (with trams and traffic). Not all the rooms are above the road but the four-bed rooms are. However, that's a small concern as overall we were very happy and had an excellent stay. ”

The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.”
