Location , Facilities and Food are nice . It even have onsen and free ramen at night. You can arrive the cloest tram station ard 3 mins which is a main transportation among the city . And it just locate in a shopping street with all kind of shops and restaurant. But what make me unremarkable is the active and warm service from their staff . During my trip in Matsuyama , I lost my wallet and that is a big trouble to me . But the supportive and caring service from the hotel's staff make me feel better and have a direction to handling that situation . They truly want to help me come over that difficuit moment . It is grateful to have such a hotel in Matsuyama

整體上都滿意，但我們住的房間的床褥可能有點舊，所以床褥太軟，躺下很難坐起。

It's a small hotel, yet the environment and room are very pleasant. Better still, the staff is really friendly and helpful and has shown his hospitality. Overall, my experience there was very satisfactory.
