“Had to check in early for a work emergency and the staff accompanied so my wife could address. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and fit our family perfectly. Good location that made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Recommend. ”

“First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. Amenities were important due to the length of our stay. We arrived to a note on the counter that the washing machine and dishwasher were broken, but they would do their best to get them fixed. The washer was fixed the day prior but no attempt was……

“Our room was horribly dirty! There were other people living there that kept smoking right outside so we had to smell it constantly. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly and the pool area looked nice but the room was so dirty that we checked out within 30 minutes. The clerk offered us a new room but I was not going to stay there. We went to a much nicer hotel right down the road.”
