“For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train……

“We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour……

“One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out.
Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. “Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again”
