Brand new 2/2 condo. This beautiful place has an amazing golf, lake, and sunset views. You can play all day long at the 18-hole golf course, Pickle-ball, biking, walking trails, Tennis courts, 2 pools, restaurant, Gym, and many more amenities to enjoy.
Guarded and gated community.
1 Designated covered parking spot and more parkings just steps away for guests.

HOA MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER PROCESS:

only for long term rental (28 days or more).
$250 membership transfer and golf fee must be paid directly to the HOA ($150 if no golf).
$35 per cart transponder fee must be paid to the HOA

Excellent accommodations! So comfy and clean, didn't want to leave! Enjoyed a cold refreshment on the covered deck and watched the sunset every night! Swimming pool, with restaurant and bar made this such a relaxing enjoyable stay. So thankful for our courteous host for looking for my son's wallet with all of his gift cards. Loved the little snacks and water bottles too. Great Stay!

Everything went smoothly. The place is clean and comfortable. If you plan on cooking, check the kitchen for the spices you need first.
