“Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request.
Its was so disappointing.

“They are undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff are highly responsive whenever I call for something. Another good thing is they always checking up to know whether I need anything. Kudos to them”
