Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home and backyard . Garage is off-limits.
Access to your home: Guests will have 24 hour keyless entry system for self check in and out. The key code changes every reservation and will be issued prior to arrival for faster and easier vacation.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the Desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
