“The room was spacious for a family of four. In-room laundry was very helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our only complaint is that we needed more options to hang our laundry for drying. Some sort of retractable clothesline would have been helpful.”

I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. “住宿面積大，地方也很清潔乾淨，不過比較殘舊。只有一個洗手間，如果人數多的話就會不太方便。另外我在這住了6天，從未有見過員工，寄存行李也只是自己把行李放在小小的櫃位後，其實是沒有安全保障。地理位置尚算方便，附近有幾家超級市場和便利店，但走路到最近的電路站需要10多分鐘左右的步程。”

“Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. ”

“Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. “チェックインを機械でする事を知らなく（お知らせがあったのかもしれないが私が読んでいないだけかな？）、受付の人に声かけた所、笑顔も嫌味など無く、淡々とチェックインして下さいました。建物は、アパートをホテルにした様な作りで、ドアの外を歩く人の音はします。部屋の中は広くて綺麗！以前宿泊した別のホテルは浴槽にヌメリがあってガッカリしたのですが、このホテルは、カビやヌメリなく気持ちよく浴室を利用出来ました。朝食無料は、終了時間15分前に行ったら、空になってしまっていたので利用できませんでしたが、食パンが置いてあったのかな？お皿とトースターも置いてありました。朝食を適当に済ませて良い方でしたら、パンだけでも嬉しいと思います。”
