“Very poor selection of food, we ended up eating most meals outside the hotel. Free wifi does not work so you have to pay extra for "premium wifi". Once we complained about low quality of food management told us to leave ! I highly recommend not staying at this property. ”

“Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please……
