“We had a great time staying here and the hostess, Una, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We made day trips all around the Wicklow area from this convenient spot and with a house full of kids this was a perfect spot to enjoy the evenings by the fireplace. Una ensured the bed setup was properly arranged for us prior to arriving, oriented us well to the amenities, made recommendations for local dining and activities, and helped us get a few things back that we accidentally left after checkout. “The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. ”
