“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“The place was very spacious and can accommodate large group. We had 10 adults and 9 kids with teenagers.Bedrooms, Toilets and bathrooms are very clean.Kids love and enjoyed the common areas.The owner was very nice and cooperative.We are very happy to recommend this place. “Property was well appointed with every facility you could think of. The whole place looked new and was very clean. It was tastefully decorated and all facilities worked well. Situated on the edge of the main city strip made everything accessible, yet the apartment was very peaceful. Large bathroom and shower (inc. large shower rose) The log fire was amazing! Last but not least, the host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, Thank You So Much :) I cannot complain in any way A truly……

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"

"WiFi 應該是個痛點, iPhone 和 iPad 基本上都連不上, 不知道是不是要特別設定, 其他能連上的手機會說因為設備滿載, 無法連線, 但附近手機的網路也不是太好, 等於幾乎沒有網路的狀態. 房間很大, 很乾淨, 除了最後一晚沒有換到浴巾或 WiFi 之外, 整體都很滿意."
