The clerk on duty at 10 pm (Tyler) was extremely courteous and helpful. He was having an issue with making duplicate keys for some of the other guests, and we had take-out food we were anxious to eat. I told him to take as long as he needed, we weren’t in a hurry. When he got everything sorted, he came to us in the breakfast area and completed our check in

I was shocked that a simple task of repairing wallpaper in two areas of our room was not completed and yet we were placed in the room. We have stayed at Hampton Inns all around the country and have always been pleased with the rooms and the service. We were highly disappointed to find our room in this level of needing attention. This fact, and the lack of customer service from two of your desk attendants blemishes your reputation. I do want to mention that the 3/27 night ( after 8pm) attendant was delightful and very friendly while servicing the coffee bar. Also your breakfast selection was excellent along with the customer service of its attendant on 3/28.

Our room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. There were a lot of construction people staying the same time we were staying, so a lot of mud being tracked every where it seems, but we would come back again. Not a deal breaker for us.

We are Hilton rewards member. Always offered a late check out. When I asked here they said they can’t do that the owner will just allow the employee to stay late! Hair dryer caught fire in our room! Very dated rooms

Check in was efficient and the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the grout in the bathtub enclosure had some mildew.

no complaints, everyone was very polite and professional, The lady (sorry didn't get her name), that was there for the breakfast area when we were there, was wonderful and was very peppy. Made sure everyone had what they needed and was willing to help everyone out. We stayed in your place on Friday and had breakfast on Saturday morning November 23. just wanted that person to recognize for the wonderful job she does. Thank for great experience !

Close to everything. Amazing breakfast! Beautiful and safe around the hotel. Clean room and the lobby was very nice too! The only thing that bothered me was at times I could hear my neighbors next to me when trying to sleep and the pool was too cold. Definitely would stay again!!
