Upon arrival, we noticed a very distinct smell of mold and mildew. Aside of the carpet, the inside of the lobby seemed to be updated and clean, so we proceeded with our check-in. On our way to our room, there were dehimidifiers in the hallways and the smell continued to get worse. Once in our room, the smell was overwhelming, the carpet was stained, we had water puddled in our bathroom and the windows were full of condensation. The front desk let us know that a water pipe had busted 2 days before and there was nothing they could do about it. Mold takes 24 hours to set in. Our stay there quickly became a problem. We needed to get a different hotel for our stay in Indianapolis. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We request a full refund with additional monies for the inconvenience of having to find a different place to stay.
