The staff was excellent and there is a free shuttle to get downtown Indianapolis! Pro tip-don't call to schedule the shuttle, just talk to the employees at the front desk...the phone number goes to a national call center so you won't get accurate information! The property was clean, but not in great shape. There is a tiny convenience store at the front of the hotel, but it doesn't offer much so bring your own food/snacks. Overall we were comfortable.

This property was conveniently located and there was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Only down side was the lack of elevators. There was only 2 very small elevators for that huge building. Only 5-6 people could fit at one time, and while we were there, one elevator was closed for repairs. We loved our room though!

I was in Indy for a Rugby tournament. I am a very anxious person when it comes to hotels but I felt a lot better the minute I stepped into the room. It was very clean and had no bad odors or anything. Unfortunately, I needed to stay an extra night but was unable to extend my stay due to the hotel being sold out! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Indianapolis.

Friendly staff, the room was nice, I love the kitchen, the dishes, and the appliances in the room. There are plenty of chairs, a a pullout bed in the sofa, and the bathroom toiletries was also nice. The king bed was comfy. We were in room 1009, and there could be a little bit more improvements. In the bathroom there were hairs on the ceiling above bathtub, there was some sticky spots on the wall and light switch, and the curtain rod had some screws coming out. Awkward moments: I had to pull back the nightstand to plug in my phone charger, the bathtub is taller than what I expected but there was some height in the bottom of the tub, and the sink is kinda in the way of the bathtub faucet. I understand that there is maintenance and renovations, there was only one elevator that was working. When the elevator came to the desired floor number. It would make me queasy, especially when it was unexpected that we had to stop on a different floor without knowing we were stopping.

The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient to have a small kitchen space. It could use a full size coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and we never heard major outside noise. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not functioning, but that was a minor inconvenience.
