The room was dirty when we arrived. There was hair on the floor and it was filthy. We called them so that they would go ahead and clean the room. They mopped it with a dirty mop so I took the shower towel. Got it wet and cleaned the floor myself, and it was black.Then we went to put some water in the refrigerator in the refrigerator was broken and did not work. They went and to get a mini fridge that was new and it never took the manual or any of the cardboard out of it. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE is putting it nicely. Upon entering our room, it was quickly realized the room was not cleaned with food all over and a terrible odor. After getting a room change, our second room had a huge stain on the comforter, stains on the floor, and the bathroom smelled like someone died. I WILL NEVER stay or recommend to anyone.

This is about the worst place I've ever stayed in. Would have left but everywhere else sold out. The place is an armpit. The room stunk, floor filthy and sticky, no hot water in sink and excessive mold in the bathroom. Told management and they just shrugged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Incredibly friendly staff and accommodating. Can recommend for those needing a cheap room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Backside of the hotel had a number of folks, "hanging out"...did not care to stay there, so they moved me around front and were very nice. I would stay again.

Omg! Where do I start? We drove nine hours from Toronto Canada to this hotel motel which was in the ghetto. It was absolutely nothing like it shows on their website we were met with a meth addict man in underwear but before that while checking in a very rude gentleman told us go park over there walk up the stairs to your room. The room was absolutely filthy. There was bugs in the windows. There was dirty sheets. The bathtub looked like someone had been murdered. The ceiling was falling out of the Bathroom. The smoke detector was removed. Just wire sticking out the television had liquid all over it. We spent five minutes in the room went back down to the front desk gave the anarchy and said we are leaving. This is not habitable. He said OK give me your key. Goodbye. I will be writing a letter to the powers that be this place is in the ghetto. We drove 10 hours from Toronto to see an Indiana fever, WNBA game and by looking at their website the rooms look great. No they are from like 1950 and absolutely filthy unsafe we were approached by multiple people just in the parking lot looking for drugs and money, so it should actually be reported to the authorities. We ended up going to the Hilton in downtown Indianapolis, and exceeding our budget to feel safe. It’s very sad, but as Canadians that ventured to the USA to see a team that we absolutely love and adore to be so disgusted and misled by this hotel and their chain.

Front office was pleasant but our room wasn't. We checked in and within 45 minutes we checked out and drove to another hotel. Broken toilet seat, bathtub stained with something pink or red, half empty pop bottles under edge of the bed, desk chair had all sorts of stuff on it. As well as the entertainment center and desk obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Dead bugs on the floor and stains on the bedspread. Parking lot has huge potholes and trash scattered everywhere. And absolutely no Refund. Best Western is definitely worth driving a few extra miles and paying a couple extra dollars!

This place is horrible! Totally unsafe. I would not send my worst enemy. The room's door didn't have a handle and looked like someone had broken into it. I went back to the reception and the next room smelled like someone had been smoking Marijuana. I went back to the reception and the third one was just as bad. I couldn't stay there. As I walked outside there was a very shaddy guy getting sonething from a driver in a beat up car outside.

The floor of our first room was dirty, the pipe from the sink was disconnected so water was all over the floor and it had a suffocating smell of cigarettes. When asked to change rooms, we got another one which was just as dirty and had hair on the bathing tub. We ended up checking out and not spending the nights we paid for.
