“Wonderful West Seattle walk-out basemen rental. Very spacious, neat and clean. Very quiet other than a few expected floor squeaks. We loved having morning coffee around the fire pit to keep the chill off. We also had a morning visits from the friendly resident cat Penny We would highly recommend this location and will be back. ”

“It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. “Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again”

We were able to host a family dinner and brunch with our local family. We enjoyed Christmas Carole’s around the working vintage pump organ as well as, gift exchange around the beautifully decorated Christmas tree.
