Welcome to this tastefully appointed home. You will have access to 3 pools/spas, including a big resort pool/spa. We are in a beautiful private gated community steps from the Coachella Music Festivals. Enjoy a luxurious private heated spa, pools, golf, tennis courts, gym, full-service restaurant, and many more amazing touches and activities to explore. This is the perfect paradise for people escaping the city or looking for a vacation in the vibrant desert with glorious mountain views.

Fully stocked home with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, seasonings/spices, Keurig (coffee), sugar, tea, storage products, and cleaning products as well as a few misc. items you may have forgotten.

We have games including Table Tennis, Board Games, Cornhole, Yardzee, Jenga. Explore Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Golf Courses, many Casinos, Parks, Museums, the Living Desert Zoo, Salton Sea, Joshua Tree, Hot Air Balloon Rides, the Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. As well as downtown La Quinta, which is an exceptional area filled with views, great vibes, and some of the most delightful restaurants.

The entrance/exit into the community is from the main gate located on Monroe St and between Ave 48 & 49. You'll get a pass for the duration of your stay to go in and out.

There is no street parking from the hours of
11pm and 8am.

Pets are allowed with prior approval. Fee is $100 per stay and is upon approval.

*Please note that the city of Indio currently has a noise ordinance in place which means no outside music after the hours of 8pm. Any fines accrued for not complying will be the sole responsibility of the guests to pay. Fines are upwards of $1000.

- We ask that you do not bring additional/unauthorized guests to the house unless receiving prior approval (This includes having a party or hosting an event)

- Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the person who books.

- By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests, or licensees or their personal property.

While on the property, please observe these rules:

-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.

-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.

NO refunds can be given for festival dates, including coachella weekends april 10th-13th - april 17th-20th and april 24th-27th.

Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.
Before you leave: - Turn off all lights and electrical devices - Lock all doors

Twice a year my husband and I take my parents down to indio, in May and in October. I needed a house to accommodate all of us so the house served it’s purpose for that but there were a couple of things that i was disappointed with the main bathroom toilet the handle was broken the host did send a handy man out to fix it right away. When i went to lay down in the front bedroom the bedding under the comforter looked like it wasnt changed like it had been slept in i slept on top of the comforter in the morning i stripped the bed and threw them in the washer. After washing the sheets i put them in dryerand it didnt work i text the host he informed me where the plyers were in the cabinet and to take the knob off and twist the knob to start, well i couldnt turn it so my husband tried and the whole mechanism fell inside the dryer now im irritated i wanted to spend the afternoon at the pool after all i was on vacation but i spent the afternoon getting to a laundromat thats was a rip off to get these sheets dryed. That was a hassle as well. Had there been extra linens for the beds i wouldn’t have worried about it. I rent a vrbo so i have those accommodations i have never stayed at 1 that wasn’t well maintained not happy also the key pass to get in the pool didn’t work lucky someone was kind enough to let is in but the bathrooms needed a code which we didn’t have. I had to leave the pool bc i couldn’t use the rest room. I need another vaca

We booked this property mainly for its location and initially gave the benefit of the doubt regarding negative reviews. Unfortunately, they were accurate. There were no garbage bags, paper towels, or backup toilet paper—we ran out by the first morning. The host was slow to respond but eventually provided the missing suppliesThe biggest issue was cleanliness. The kitchen floor was filthy—I ended up mopping it myself and the pad showed it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The counters were dirty,sticky and had ants crawling over them. Thankfully the bedding was clean, which we appreciated. The bedroom carpet, however, was disgusting and no one wanted to walk on it with bare feet. The toilet chain kept falling off, requiring us to repeatedly reach into the tank to flush. The dryer was missing the start button—the host implied it had been there before our stay. The maintenance man eventually came and simply popped off another buttonHouse and furnishings are very dated but that part was expected based on the accurate listing photos. The hot tub was on when we arrived but never got hot, as other reviews have mentioned. Pool keys and access cards didn’t work for any of the pools. Thankfully we got lucky, other guests let us in. The host seemed surprised, although many other reviews had the same complaint.All in all, if you’re considering this property, go in with realistic expectations. Location is the main asset here, but cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired

We left 2 days early due to feeling unsafe and uncomfortable in this property. Upon arrival the following was broken or missing: The back door lock didn't work, the garage door opener was broken, broken bathroom fans, 6 missing overhead lights, broken light in laundry room, leaking hot tub outside which would not heat to over 72 degrees, no extra toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, dirty garage with empty glass bottles. The owner did get the garage door opener fixed and the bathroom fans replaced while I was there. The backdoor was never fixed, so we were left with no security of our belongings. Until the back door is fixed I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Also, the owner needs to provide cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.

This was the worst experience ever. I tried calling vrbo and was put on hold a number of times and noone picked up.I did contact someone and told them my concerns and was told they would send me several other place I could move to .Never got the e-mail. tries talking to Michael and he was eiither out of town or didn't have time to visit the site as he had 15 other properties.I don't believe anyone has been to the property to inspect any part of it. Lets start at the front of the house - nothing like the pictures you provided, there was dead grass along with a dead tree. the house cleaners were at the house when we arrived we didn't get in till 3:30pmthe house was service clean. the first bedroom looked nice but the nite stand had a broken drawer just hanging there. Moving on into the living room looked very ice but the coffee table was glass and a piece of the glass was missing...Kitchen and family roo looked nice but the lights in the kitchen were not all working. Heading out to the back yard... the spa was leaking, the string of lights were un pluged and the end was in the wet phere the spa leaked. the grass if you can call it that was dead along with dead plants. there were cigarette buts on the patio and in the dead grass, paper trash was stuck in the branches of the dead bush there was a water foutain on the wall but of course it was not working. it had garden tools and mops standing in front of it the patio charirs were stained.the spa did not work

We were disappointed with the lack of items, such as laundry soap and napkins/paper towels. There we items in the couch. We found an empty condom box, charger, and glass. There was a q tip in one of the beds. Several of the light switches didn’t turn anything on. We were told there was a key card for the pool and we didn’t find one.

We were pretty disappointed upon arrival to find the place full of bugs. Ants were all over and we had to deal with an infestation for the whole duration of our stay. The kitchen was dirty. We found many dirty dishes in the cupboards. The bed sheets did not smell freshly washed. They were torn and stained. The bedroom carpet was in terrible shape. Black stains all over. The couch had a massive stain on it and just felt so dirty. Most of the furniture was either old looking, broken, stained, etc. The place was not clean when we arrived, and supplies were missing. We tried to cancel the booking our first day there, but would have lost most of our fee, so we decided to stay and host had agreed to send cleaners back to do a more thorough job. Cleaners never showed up. Hot tub was also not heating upon arrival. Generally very disappointed and would not recommend nor stay here again. Host was good at communicating but we felt the whole place generally needs maintenance and a deep clean.

Host was very responsive to all questions and calls. Property was fantastic, hot tub was wonderful. Location was superb - was there for Indian Wells Tennis, 15 min drive, minus the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the property is as listed. However for us the sofa and chair were not comfortable, maybe individual preference. One of the reasons we rented the property was the spa. It did not work. I texted the manager and tried the things he said to do and still no hot water. I feel he should have at least called back to see if it was working or came over to fix the problem. Other than that it was a great mini vacation.

Everything was great except they did not clean the bathroom floor matts. They were gross, but there was a whole bunch of extra towels to make up for that. Also some light bulbs were dead but a minor inconvenience. Overall the house was lovely and I would stay here again.

Came to Indio to visit family and this property did not disappoint. Clean and bright and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Mike was there to answere all our questions. This place was close to all you will ever need for a wonderful stay in Indio. Will definitely stay here again.

To start, Micheal lost the deposit we had placed through VRBO. After he found it, we were asked to pay the remaining balance through a third party we had never heard of. We weren't comfortable with this, but after hours on the phone with Kevin and VRBO, that part was finally resolved. When we arrived the house smelled badly of must and water was leaking onto the floor of the master bathroom. We reported the leak and a plumber was sent the next morning. He tore out drywall and repaired a leak inside the wall. Later that day a second contractor set up commercial drying fans that were loud and intensified the smell of must. Long story short the bathroom was inoperable and the house smelled badly of must the entire time we were there. We made the best of it and tried not to complain, as we understand things happen. After our stay we reached out to Kevin and asked for some kind of consideration, given the inflated rates he charges for concert weekends. After multiple attempts he finally responded by telling us he is experiencing financial hardship since the house has not been rentable since our stay (due to the water damage). While we agree it was not in a rentable state, he did rent it to us and charged us retail rates. We have since tried reaching out again but he has not responded. Yep, we were ghosted.
